re-opened my copy of “less than zero” today. it smells like sun tan lotion, and the water marks make letters difficult to distinguish. a feeling of nostalgia, but not in a bad way. last summer was the best summer ive ever had, bar none. the people, the places, the love. this sounds so childish, but really: thats what made 2009. thanks to everyone who made it so.
